Nikki Edwards characters are well developed, and her plot credible. I also love her description of things Australian and medical.With this novel, I worried some about the main character's lack of care when it came to her own personal relationships. Sure, she was hurting following a divorce, but her willingness to succumb to the seduction of a stranger was a bit of a worry for me. The whole easy-come, easy-go marriage ideal was also a bit of a worry for me, especially seeing the other main character had just taken it in his stride, and was good friends with his ex-wife and her new husband. This might have happened, but the depth of pain associated with all this broken relationship, and the casual way that new relationships were entered into troubled me.

I really enjoyed this novel, a little far fetched with two major motor vehicle accidents though! A good Aussie read.
A light read. Somewhat predictable but enjoyable.

Nicki Edwards has done it again! She writes the best stories with the best characters ever. Tom and _Emma were great lead characters along with Ruby. I.don't dare tell you any of the secrets and surprises for obvious reasons - it will spoil the book for you. Happy reading☺
I have read all the books in this series and they are all the same. Poor forgotten person, down and out moves to new town to make a new life and then the match making starts. There is not one in the series any different, but it is light reading and if you jump a few pages you don't miss out on any of the story line. Good for alight read if you have nothing else but don't expect to read the books and feel that you have achieved anything
